Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist - AZ who will manage claims processing, investigate and resolve lost time claims, and maintain accurate records while working remotely in Arizona, Colorado, West Virginia, or South Dakota.

Key responsibilities:

• Receives and transmits workers' compensation information accurately and in a timely manner
• Investigates and resolves lost time Workers' Compensation claims, including litigated cases
• Enters and maintains accurate claim information in the computer system, including settlement details

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred with technical designations like AIC and CPCU encouraged
• 3-5 years of claims experience with a strong background in Workers' Compensation claims handling
• Active state-specific Workers' Compensation License required or ability to acquire within three months of hire
• Proficient knowledge of Workers' Compensation insurance coverage and claims processing procedures
• Strong grasp of claims principles, practices, and insurance coverage interpretation
