Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist (Remote - AZ, CO, MN).

Key Responsibilities

• Receives and transmits workers' compensation information accurately and timely
• Investigates, evaluates, and resolves lost time Workers' Compensation claims
• Mediates situations between the insured and the insurance company with minimal support

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma; college degree preferred and technical designations encouraged (AIC, CPCU)
• 3-5 years of claims experience with a strong background in Workers' Compensation claims handling
• Active state-specific Workers' Compensation License required or ability to acquire within three months
• Proficient knowledge of Workers' Compensation insurance coverage and claims processing procedures
• Strong grasp of claims principles, practices, and insurance coverage interpretation
