Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Promote best practices and guide the team in accordance with organizational standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Jurisdictional experience in Workers Compensation claims for DE, NJ, PA
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree is desired
