Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• 5+ years of prior leadership experience managing a team of lost time/indemnity work comp adjusters
• Knowledge of team member related functions
