Job Summary

Leading a team of claims professionals, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor will supervise the handling of a diverse caseload while promoting best practices and managing workloads in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Guide the team in adhering to best practices and manage the hiring and training of adjusters
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and brokers while managing multiple priorities

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or people management experience in a claims environment
• Knowledge of all team member-related functions
