Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor will supervise claims handling, promote best practices, and manage workloads while driving talent development within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Guide the team in accordance with best practices and manage workloads for optimal efficiency
• Oversee the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 8 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• 2 years of prior leadership experience
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
