Leading a team of Workers' Compensation professionals, the full-time salaried Workers' Compensation Claims Supervisor will oversee claims handling, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster team development in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Workers' Compensation Adjusters, Nurse Case Managers, and Claims Assistants while promoting a collaborative team culture
• Review and oversee claims management processes, ensuring adherence to client requirements and regulatory standards
• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for improved service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workers' Compensation claims handling experience
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Workers' Compensation statutes and claims practices
• Strong leadership and employee development skills
• Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office applications
