Job Summary

Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor will adjudicate complex claims, provide technical direction, and ensure compliance with quality standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises teams of examiners and technical staff, ensuring effective workload management and training
• Identifies trends and issues, advising management on process improvements and coordinating projects
• Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, maintaining professional client relationships

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6 years of claims management experience required
• 2 years of supervisory experience required
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
