Leading a remote team of claims professionals, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor will manage a diverse caseload, promote best practices, and drive talent development while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to deliver efficient service
• Guide the team in handling claims according to established best practices
• Manage workloads, define team goals, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Licensure and/or certification in all states where claims are managed
• At least 2 years of leadership or people management experience in a claims environment
• Knowledge of team member related functions
