Job Summary

Leading a team of claims professionals, the fully remote Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor - AR, LA, MS will supervise the handling of lost-time claims, promote best practices, and drive talent development while managing workloads and enhancing service quality through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Guide the team in accordance with best practices and manage workloads to optimize efficiency
• Oversee the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
