Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team in a fully remote capacity, the Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor - TN, KY, AL will manage a variety of claims, promote best practices, and drive talent development while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to handle diverse caseloads efficiently
• Guide the team in accordance with Gallagher's Best Practices for claims management
• Manage workloads, set team goals, and facilitate the hiring and training of adjusters

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
• Knowledge of team member related functions
