Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to achieve optimal performance and efficiency
• Guide the team in accordance with Gallagher Bassett's Best Practices for claims handling
• Manage workloads and define team goals to enhance overall service quality and client communication

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of team member related functions
