Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead, Remote - East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority and communicate claim activity with stakeholders
• Supervise multiple teams, providing training, monitoring workloads, and conducting performance discussions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements, excluding specific states
• Licensing in New York preferred but not required
