Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead - Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff handling workers compensation claims
• Provides technical and jurisdictional guidance on claims adjudication and conducts quality reviews
• Identifies trends and opportunities for process improvement and maintains professional client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Six years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including two years of supervisory experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of licensing and jurisdiction requirements
• Experience with complex or high-exposure claims preferred
