Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead - Workers Compensation (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple teams handling workers compensation claims, managing workloads and providing training
• Provides technical guidance on claims adjudication and performs quality reviews for complex claims
• Acts as a second-level appeal authority for client and claimant issues, identifying trends for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Six years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including two years of supervisory experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
