Job Summary

Leading a team of Adjusters and Specialists, the full-time salaried Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead will provide technical oversight on claims adjudication, manage performance and development of direct reports, and ensure optimal claim outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and approve claim denials, payments, and settlements while performing claim audits for compliance and quality assurance
  • Resolve escalated complaints and identify trends to develop corrective processes
  • Develop and lead a team of adjusters, ensuring timely resolution of claims and promoting customer service excellence
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience adjusting claims at a senior level
  • Claims experience in at least two specified states
  • Comprehensive knowledge of workers compensation and general insurance policy coverage
  • Advanced leadership skills focused on the growth and development of direct reports
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
