Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead - CA License will manage multiple teams of examiners, adjudicate complex claims, and provide technical direction while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex general liability claims, managing them through effective action plans
• Oversee the litigation process to ensure timely and cost-effective claims resolution
• Lead team meetings, assign accountability, and provide training and performance feedback to staff

Required qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of California jurisdiction and licensing required
• Experience in supervising and developing team members
