• Handle claims and manage an individual case load with high quality service
• Participate in adjuster training to foster performance and continuous improvement
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers while managing competing priorities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on workers compensation claims adjusting experience, including lost-time/indemnity and litigation
• Active Adjusters' license in West Virginia
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
• Bachelor's Degree is desired but not required
