Job Summary

Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead - WV & DE Licensed will adjudicate complex customer claims and provide technical direction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and provides training and support for claims adjudication
• Identifies trends and issues, advising management on process improvements and coordinating projects
• Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, ensuring compliance with quality standards

Required qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements for MD, VA, DC, WV, and DE
• Licensing in WV and DE is required
