Key Responsibilities

• Engage in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Shadow experienced claims professionals and practice in a simulated environment
• Take ownership of indemnity claims and support claims management under supervision

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products
• Adaptable to changes in procedures and technology
