Job Summary

To support recent graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote Workers Compensation Claims Trainee will engage in a 6-month paid immersive learning program, managing claims under mentorship while gaining foundational knowledge in claims operations and workers' compensation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios with close supervision
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support effective claims handling

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred
• 3.5 GPA or higher preferred, with consideration for proven experience
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with M365 products
• Active listening and problem-solving mindset
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
