Job Summary
Seeking enthusiastic individuals for a full-time Workers Compensation Claims Trainee position, where the candidate will participate in a comprehensive training program to learn how to investigate and resolve claims while working in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete the designated claims professional training program and adjust various levels of workers' compensation claims under supervision
- Communicate effectively with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and other stakeholders through various channels
- Investigate claims by gathering relevant information, determining coverage and compensability, and documenting findings and recommendations
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of customer service experience or a combination of education and experience
