Workers Compensation Claims Trainee

Job Summary

To support recent graduates seeking a meaningful career, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Trainee will engage in a 6-month paid, fully remote immersive learning experience focused on claims management, client service, and professional development.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to gain foundational insurance knowledge and claims operations expertise
• Shadow experienced claims professionals and progressively take ownership of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support empathetic claims handling and ensure compliance with client service instructions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred; other candidates with proven experience will be considered
• Computer literacy, including strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
