Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with state regulators to enhance the company's reputation
• Track and report state regulatory violations and ensure compliance through required reporting
• Identify and assist in the delivery of training on state system compliance issues and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Thorough knowledge of state regulatory compliance standards
• Good knowledge of claim management systems
• Experience in claims management, call center, medical bill review, or managed care preferred
