Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialty Operations Coordinator to analyze workers compensation claims and ensure proper adjudication.
Key Responsibilities
- Adjusts medical-only and low- to mid-level lost-time workers compensation claims under supervision
- Processes claims by reviewing compensability and benefits, and files necessary documentation with state agencies
- Communicates claim actions with relevant parties and maintains professional client relationships
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- One year of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
- Licenses as required
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
