Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Operations Coordinator to analyze workers compensation claims and ensure proper adjudication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjusts medical-only and low- to mid-level lost-time workers compensation claims under supervision
  • Processes claims by reviewing compensability and benefits, and files necessary documentation with state agencies
  • Communicates claim actions with relevant parties and maintains professional client relationships
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • One year of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Licenses as required
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
