Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Operations Coordinator to analyze workers compensation claims and ensure proper adjudication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjusts medical-only and low- to mid-level lost-time workers compensation claims under supervision
  • Processes claims by reviewing compensability, benefits due, and filing documentation with state agencies
  • Communicates claim actions with relevant parties and ensures proper documentation and coding of claims files
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • One (1) year of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Licenses as required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work in a team environment
