Job Summary
To support the case management process, the remote Workers Compensation Customer Service Representative will manage the intake and assignment of new cases, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Intake and verify new cases, entering information into the system and organizing medical documents as needed
- Assign and schedule cases to physicians based on various requirements and monitor case progress to meet deadlines
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and documentation needs
Required qualifications
- Preferred Associate's Degree
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting
- Exceptional communication skills with an understanding of company business lines
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
- Ability to apply critical thinking and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
