Job Summary

To support case management processes, the remote Workers Compensation Customer Service Representative will intake new cases, facilitate case assignments to physicians, and monitor case progress while ensuring client communication and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Intake and verify new cases, entering information into the system and organizing medical documents as needed
  • Assign and schedule cases to physicians based on various client and jurisdictional requirements
  • Monitor and track cases to ensure deadlines are met while updating clients on case progress
Required qualifications:
  • Preferred Associate's Degree
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting
  • Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
  • Critical thinking and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and typing skills
