• Handle court appearances, depositions, and examinations under oath

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of workers' compensation defense experience
• Experience in preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in Pennsylvania & New York or Pennsylvania & New Jersey
• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
