Workers Compensation Defense Attorney (PA, NJ, NY)

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Workers Compensation Defense Attorney licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and/or New York, who will manage a litigation caseload, collaborate with partners on legal projects, and handle court appearances and client communications.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a workers compensation litigation caseload
• Work closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects
• Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and examinations under oath

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of workers compensation defense experience
• Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Superior written and oral advocacy skills required
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and/or New York
• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
