Workers' Compensation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Workers' Compensation - Hybrid (St. Louis Area).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ministry-wide strategies for workers' compensation
• Oversee medical adjuster decisions and ensure compliance with state reporting requirements
• Manage high-profile claims and conduct routine claims reviews with coordinators and adjusters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or related field (or 9 years of relevant experience)
• 5 years of workers' compensation experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or in teams
• 2 years of experience leading a team preferred
