Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-10 years of experience managing workers compensation claims for large companies
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Risk Management-related field or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in Spanish (able to read and write)
• Proficiency in OSHA General Industry standards and claims management
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs
