Job Summary
To support a dedicated client, the full-time remote Workers Compensation Manager will ensure adherence to client service instructions, oversee litigation management for workers' compensation, and track performance guarantees while collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures adherence to client service instructions for workers' compensation and general liability accounts
- Oversees the litigation management program for workers' compensation
- Tracks and trends performance guarantees and gain share agreements at the client level
Required qualifications
- Eight years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including five years of claims management and two years of auditing experience
- Experience with workers' compensation and general liability
- Litigation management experience
