Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Performance Manager with Workers Compensation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures adherence to client service instructions and monitors client reserves
  • Conducts client-specific operational audits and monitors compliance
  • Tracks performance guarantees and resolves client issues in collaboration with Quality and Operations staff
Required Qualifications
  • Eight years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five years of Workers Compensation claims management experience
  • Two years of auditing experience
  • One year of continuous service with the company is preferred
