Key Responsibilities
- Ensures adherence to client service instructions and monitors client reserves
- Conducts client-specific operational audits and monitors compliance
- Tracks performance guarantees and resolves client issues in collaboration with Quality and Operations staff
Required Qualifications
- Eight years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years of Workers Compensation claims management experience
- Two years of auditing experience
- One year of continuous service with the company is preferred
