Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management - Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Profit and Loss accountability for multiple insurance product lines and/or geographies
• Develop and implement a multi-year customer-centric product strategy in collaboration with senior leadership
• Monitor product performance and analyze metrics to identify market opportunities and recommend enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience in Insurance Product Management or a related field
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Certified Product Manager (CPM) is a plus
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and market research
• Experience in change management planning and product strategy development
