Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Software Product Management Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of product managers to achieve high performance
• Develop comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, and business plans based on market research and customer insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• 12-15+ years of relevant work experience with prior leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry
• Experience conducting market research and identifying business development opportunities
• Knowledge of WC medical bill review platform preferred
