Workers Compensation Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager (Workers Comp).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product scorecards to monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations
• Analyze premiums and losses for trends, prepare data for external actuaries, and monitor loss development
• Serve as a subject matter expert on workers' compensation state laws, policy administration systems, and streamline underwriting processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of P&C insurance product management experience, specifically in workers compensation
• Familiarity with P&C insurance policy and claims processes, including experience with Workers Comp bureaus and rating organizations
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and data extraction tools
• Working knowledge of actuarial fundamentals and demonstrated process analysis competency
• BA/BS in a quantitative discipline preferred; advanced degrees or professional designations (CPCU, actuarial exams) are a plus
