Bringing expertise in Workers' Compensation claims to product development, the full-time remote Product Subject Matter Expert will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance claims processes, improve workflows, and drive product innovations that support better decision-making in claims handling.

Key responsibilities
  • Map the Workers' Compensation claims lifecycle to identify delays and improvement opportunities
  • Translate claims expertise into product requirements and workflows to enhance decision frameworks
  • Collaborate with various teams to align on quality definitions and drive measurable product improvements
Required qualifications
  • Deep hands-on experience in Workers' Compensation claims, ideally as an adjuster, examiner, or claims leader
  • Strong knowledge of the full claims lifecycle, including FNOL, investigation, and indemnity management
  • Familiarity with jurisdictional complexities and the ability to balance compliance with business performance
  • Proven ability to evaluate complex workflows and identify meaningful improvements
  • Curiosity about automation and AI's role in enhancing claims workflows while recognizing the importance of human expertise
