Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Workers' Compensation program and manage relationships with insurance carriers and third-party administrators
• Analyze claims data, monitor performance, and prepare reports for leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve return-to-work processes and implement risk reduction strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Workers' Compensation claims, preferably with a carrier or TPA
• Experience with lost time and litigated claims
• Familiarity with multi-state Workers' Compensation environments
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
• Organized and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
