Workers' Compensation Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Program Manager to support and scale its Workers' Compensation division.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows for the Workers' Compensation division
• Develop and track KPIs to measure operational excellence and program performance
• Manage relationships with suppliers, providers, and key stakeholders in the Workers' Compensation ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling operational programs in healthcare or related industries
• Strong program management skills with a history of delivering complex initiatives
• Deep understanding of operational excellence principles
• Data-driven mindset with experience in establishing and tracking operational metrics
• Experience with Workers' Compensation processes or healthcare operations (preferred but not required)
