Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims - Quality Assurance Specialist - Remote (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review IME reports, addenda, peer reviews, and other documentation for accuracy and adherence to guidelines
  • Address issues in referral letters and ensure quality assurance expectations are exceeded
  • Process revisions and manage report status updates while ensuring timely completion
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of related experience in Workers' Compensation claims management or quality assurance
  • At least 1 year of experience in New York State Workers' Compensation claims
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word; experience with Microsoft Excel is desired
