Workers' Compensation Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the medical file review process remotely, the part-time Workers' Compensation Quality Analyst will ensure the accuracy of reports, address client inquiries, and maintain adherence to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of reports and medical records to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Communicate effectively with clients and reviewers to clarify questions and provide updates on referral progress
• Format reports for approval and ensure compliance with the QA checklist before completion

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Familiarity with technology-based processes in a business environment
• Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
• Proficiency in computer literacy and typing skills
