Workers' Compensation RCM Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM AR Associate - Worker's Comp to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and resolve unpaid accounts to secure accurate and timely reimbursement
• Ensure payments received are correct, complete, and properly documented
• Identify and communicate trends, discrepancies, or issues to the team and supervisor

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle, including Medicare and Commercial insurance
• Experience in a high-production environment
• Knowledge of state rules, regulations, and payer requirements
• Ability to complete tasks and follow-ups within required timelines
