Key Responsibilities

Evaluate referred accounts to confirm compliance with Workers' Compensation guidelines
Prepare and submit appeals for unpaid or underpaid bills in a timely manner
Maintain professional relationships and communication with patients, employers, and payer representatives

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
1 year of experience and knowledge of Workers' Compensation processes
Experience with Workers' Compensation Fee Schedules is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
