Workers Compensation Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Workers Compensation Recovery Specialist will communicate and negotiate with responsible parties to resolve claims and secure payments, primarily through phone calls and emails, in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate and negotiate with responsible parties, attorneys, and insurance carriers to resolve claims
• Locate contact information for responsible parties through manual skip tracing and internet searches
• Manage a high volume of inventory with consistent follow-up and maintain timely settlement of files

Required qualifications:

• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Computer skills with the ability to type at least 45 words per minute
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent English communication abilities
• Telephone expertise in collections or customer service preferred but not required
