Job Summary
A company is looking for a WC Insurance Reporting Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine and manage end-to-end reporting processes for all Workers' Compensation (WC) regulatory reports
- Track, triage, and resolve all WC data requests and errors; identify and address root causes with internal and external partners
- Research WC reporting compliance requirements and communicate them to cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Workers' Compensation Reporting experience (WCPOLs, WCStat, etc.)
- Experience with WCIO (Workers' Compensation Insurance Organizations) file formats is a plus
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL coding, and Tableau or equivalent required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
