Job Summary

A company is looking for a WC Insurance Reporting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine and manage end-to-end reporting processes for all Workers' Compensation (WC) regulatory reports
  • Track, triage, and resolve all WC data requests and errors; identify and address root causes with internal and external partners
  • Research WC reporting compliance requirements and communicate them to cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of Workers' Compensation Reporting experience (WCPOLs, WCStat, etc.)
  • Experience with WCIO (Workers' Compensation Insurance Organizations) file formats is a plus
  • Knowledge of Excel, SQL coding, and Tableau or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
