Job Summary
To manage and resolve accounts associated with workers' compensation claims, the full-time Workers' Compensation Resolution Specialist II will negotiate settlements, analyze cases for litigation preparation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while working in a remote-hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze cases related to workers' compensation claims for validity and accuracy
- Negotiate with claims adjusters, attorneys, and other stakeholders to reach fair settlements
- Maintain detailed records of resolution activities and prepare cases for potential litigation
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of experience in the workers' compensation field required
