Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Senior Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze risks for new and renewal business to support underwriting objectives and profitability
• Ensure accurate and timely issuance of quotations, policies, and required documentation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients while identifying new insurance opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related field, or equivalent experience with industry designations
• Minimum of five years of insurance underwriting experience, preferably in workers' compensation
• Proficiency in underwriting skills with a track record of achieving financial and operational results
• Ability to work independently and establish effective relationships internally and externally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced analytical skills for risk assessment
