Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Specialist for a 3-6 month contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with regulations
• Partner with claims adjusters and medical providers for effective case management
• Analyze claims data and generate reports to identify trends and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims management
• Working knowledge of leave of absence and ADA administration
• Strong understanding of state and federal workers' compensation regulations
• Experience working with HRIS systems
• High School Diploma or GED required
