Workers' Compensation Specialist

Job Summary

Managing and administering all workers' compensation claims, the temporary Workers' Compensation Specialist will ensure timely review and compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs, policies, and procedures
• Review incident and accident reports to identify injury trends and opportunities for prevention
• Facilitate return-to-work programs and ensure compliance with work restrictions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of workers' compensation or related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
